Can’t buy packs - error "unable to complete transaction..."

when I try to buy any pack with training , mut piints or coins it gives me the error message “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending please retry.” I have been dealing with this for 3 days and I don’t know what to do.

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

     

    • Which platform are you on?
    • What is your EA ID (or console gamertag)? 
    • When did the error message start?
    • Does this happen to any other account on the device?
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    • Is anything else happening?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    My Ea Id is TrendyBible and Gamertag is Plz Heip him.

    Error message happend a week ago after I bought mut points I bought maybe 3-5 packs back to back and when I went to buy another pack It gave me the error.

    it doesn’t happen on any other of my accounts.

    it doesnt let me buy anything in the store with coins, mut points or training

    I also deleted and reinstalled the game 2x still have the same problem.

    Error started a few days ago

    On a wireless network

    Like the other guy in this thread i get the same error message, and while it lets me purchase points(which i accidentally did again today) I can't spend them or any other in game currency as trying to purchase any pack in the store gives the same purchase pending error. it's frustrating purchasing points to not be able to open the packs the points were intended for.

    Thanks for the information provided so far, To check have you played on both the PS4/Xbox one version as well as the PS5/Xbox Series X versions?(depending on your platform)

    [Update] - Also, do you remember which pack you where trying to purchase or open that triggered the error message to first occur?

  • I don't remember exactly which pack. it was probably one of the daily 100-200 points offers perhaps. as i don't buy coin packs, either that or a training pack. because i only had 375 points in my account when the error started (around 4 days ago) so i would've either had to of been a points pack for that amount or less, or a training roll again around saturday i believe.

  • i think probably it was most likely that 2 platinum player special offer for a few hundred points if i remember correctly over the weekend

  • I have only used the PS5 version and i do not remember  which pack I bought that started this
