I’ve tried everything just like when I didn’t get the points I purchased from your in game store but it took my money and gave me no points. I put in a request to get unbanned and you guys said you are in the right because I distributed coins when I never did. I would’ve got the mvp bundle and been on ncaa and madden 25 and apex legends spending money all year long again but I’ve seen enough of how this company and customer service is ran.
