Franchise Cross Play is Active? Connection issue...

Cross play appears to be live but we are having a

issue connecting. Its saying both players aren't on the updated version but we have  checked and we both are several times over?? (xbox & Ps5 console users)

    The cross play issues should now be fixed. If you're still running into trouble please let me know!

    Hey @Mamba247404, 

    We are aware of an issue affecting crossplay between Xbox Series X|S and other platforms. We are currently working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

    This is currently happening to me right now, and it’s very frustrating. i am just trying to play with my guys and cross play is enabled, but cannot play because it says we are on different versions. We are all about to just delete the game bc we have tried and tried. Seems like a waste of money and time to me. Need help or answers ASAP.

    Need help or answers ASAP. I am currently on Madden 25 X/S version, and my friends are on PS5. This is very frustrating and confusing . Please help
