Franchise Mode Custom Player Appearances Glitch

Question

When creating a player in Franchise mode, you cannot edit the player's appearance. Thus you are stuck with the default appearance. Thanks EA. It's been 3 months and this game is still unplayable. We can't even use custom rosters in Superstar mode and the only workaround is glitched. Can I please have my money back? This is ridiculous. I will never buy another EA game again.&nbsp;
