Having trouble seeing the Madden NFL 24 Closed Beta Forums? Look Here!

Hey everyone, 

If you were invited to the Madden NFL 24 Closed Beta, but you're having trouble getting into the we've got a few steps that might help: 

• Confirm you have redeemed your Madden NFL 24 Beta Key.
 
• Make sure you are logged into Answers HQ with the EA Account you were invited on (please note we can not change the invite to a different EA account)
 
• If you are having trouble remembering the login info for your EA Account, try resetting the password with this link. 

To log into Answers HQ, click on the "Sign in or register" button on the top right of the forum.

This will bring you to the EA Account login page. Use one of the login options to log into the forums. The account you use here should be the same account you use for the Beta.

After that you should be able to see the Madden NFL 24 Beta forums directly here:

Please also keep in mind: 

• Support teams are not able to grant codes to accounts that did not sign up/register for the Closed Beta.
• Registering for the Closed Beta does not guarantee you access. Please keep an eye on your email address in the event the Madden team will send out more invites.
• If you did not receive an invite code/email we are unable to provide one upon request. 
• Beware of phishing scams where individuals are offering Closed Beta codes for monetary exchange.

Login didn't work? 

Here a more detailed step-by-step guide on how to access the forums.

Clicking the "Sign in or register" button will bring you to the EA Account login page. Use one of the login options to log into the forums. The account you use here should be the same account you use for the Beta.

Once you are logged in, go to the Answers HQ main page here.

You can now check if you are logged in with the correct account in two ways.

First you should see the account name in the upper right corner of the page. Here as example how this looks like for our forum admin EA_Spectre:

You can now either go directly to the Madden NFL 24 Beta forums here.

Or you can check in the Madden NFL 24 forums to see if you are logged in with the correct account. Click on the Madden NFL 24 tile on the main page or click this link to get there.

If you are logged in with the correct account you should now see the Madden NFL 24 Beta forums like this:

If you are logged in with the incorrect account you will see the forum like this:

Should you see the second version, log out of the forums by clicking on the arrow next to your username in the upper right of the forum, and then clicking on "Sign out." After that go through the login process again to log in with the correct EA Account.
