How to get in touch with a community manager?

I have tried everything that EA suggests I do to get help. Contacted EA help, messaged and commented to EA community managers, even messaged devs. What does a paying customer have to do to talk to someone about the product? I have a very important problem I need help with someone please help

    @EA_Illium Yes. The franchise community is begging for start week to be updated every week for franchise mode and we have yet to hear from anyone as to why this isn’t being done. We need to know what is going on and why we are only able to start a franchise mode in week 1
