My game is not performing as advertised. EA refuses to help. I need a refund.

My Madden 24 that I downloaded does not have a friends portal. Pressing R3 does literally nothing. I cannot add friends, and when someone sends me a friend request, it does not appear anywhere. Pla...

I don’t know why we post on here, they never respond. Just quit buying the game. This is the first year I don’t own it! Feel pretty good about that
