Summarize your bug after completing a certain amount of stars on the ultimate legends solo challenges you get tokens, one of these being a 10x ultimate legends tokens that released with the latest wave this Saturday just gone. however upon completion I didn't receive the token in any manner be that a pack or going straight into my binder. I contacted EA help directly about this and they just told me to post on the forum as supposedly this is the only way ill be able to get it resolved.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the challenges up until the first 10x token reward
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, that's the issue
