sold player in auction did not receive coins

I sold your mark Gibbs for 2 million coin. it doesn't show up on transactions but in the auction page it shows that it was closed.spoke with someone on chat the other day told me to wait 24 hours well those 24 hours are over.I still have not received my coins.I went to check my cases I click on resume and it tells me that I need to sign in or help with finding my account.I have signed in I don't know how many times but now it won't let me in.so how else am I supposed to get a hold of EA Sports if it don't let me in and I want my coins.
