Trying to play online, won’t let me sign into servers

Every time I try to get online it shows an all black screen saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error”. Anybody know what I can do? I’ve reset my game, console, router, and unplugged my console and TV. Nothing works. Seems like an issue on their end.

    open your game system go to setting and trouble shoot. that worked for me because it identified the problem.
