Why can’t you wear turf tape with sleeves?

So many players do this, short sleeves with arm tape on both arms. having a sleeve on one arm and turf tape on the other. 

If you can equip wrist tape, wristbands, braces, and with sleeves. It just blows my mind how you can’t equip sleeves on top of turf tape.
