Face of franchise bug, yesterday I played 10 games as CB with upgraded skills and perks. Today when I connect, Im now a QB and obviously all my skills and perks are gone and back as overall 73.... any fix ?? Thanks
I contacted ea today and they told me to reinstall but I still have the same issue. Now I'm contacting psn for refund
Ive contacted ps service, they told me they cant refund me since I played with the game... ridiculous
Same here, EA told me they are aware of about the situation and they are working on the fix

Same thing happened to me just now with ā24, and with 23 last year.
This is extremely counterproductive, making gameplay untrustworthy, and as a result, the game (& my $) was a waste yet again.

Just encountered the same issue. All my stats are there but back to level 1 with no XP. Don't want to start from scratch. This game has shown a lot of bugs. More than any other year.
Not since the last time, I just upgraded to PS5 so I wouldn't have anymore issues. They seem to not care and want to phase current gen out
What a garbage game. Basic NES was more reliable for saving progress. Months into the release and no care as to the fix.
Gameplay is amazing this year for the most part. Customer service is trash. How have they not addressed this glitch? Just happened to me in the middle of a 10 pick in 7 game season on All Madden. Drives me crazy lol
All progress gone. Back to level one and 73 rating. Was at 80
