Every time I try to play my franchise online, it kicks me out servers and goes back to the main menu. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm having the same issue. It started today. The game logs into the EA server and sometimes will allow me to log into my franchise mode and sometimes not. If it successfully connects, it may allow me to complete one or two tasks before it disconnects. After several attempts to try and complete different things in franchise mode (after being disconnected several times) I will play a game. I've been successful in completing each game without any disconnects. However, after completing the games I will be disconnected from the EA servers again. The game had been running smoothly until today. This is a MAJOR ISSUE with the game. Extremely frustrating.
There is no fix yet Iv been broken since Wednesday last week so until they push an update which Iv heard won’t happen till end of the month. EA doesn’t seem to care about the users or they would have pushed the update on launch day. So the game isn’t just a 99.99 paper weight at the moment. I really hope they don’t do this with College football I will be beyond livid.
- @mexicanswag109 I am having the same issue on PC. It's really frustrating. I just wanna play franchise and it's all weekend now that I can't. They won't even comment on this and Twitter is so busy focusing on game codes that this issue is getting no attention. The game is fundamentally broken and it's entirely unacceptable that EA has not commented on it.
