Every time I try to play my franchise online, it kicks me out servers and goes back to the main menu. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm having the same issue. It started today. The game logs into the EA server and sometimes will allow me to log into my franchise mode and sometimes not. If it successfully connects, it may allow me to complete one or two tasks before it disconnects. After several attempts to try and complete different things in franchise mode (after being disconnected several times) I will play a game. I've been successful in completing each game without any disconnects. However, after completing the games I will be disconnected from the EA servers again. The game had been running smoothly until today. This is a MAJOR ISSUE with the game. Extremely frustrating.
