Game freezing when editing roster in menu

Yes, it was only a small roster update to overall ratings for the week. I follow and watch every video of Eric Ray weather on YouTube and he talks about the updates as they come out weekly or monthly. It’s crazy that he’s not even addressing these issues as me, and a few others have wrote in his comments on his YouTube channel. He’s usually the one who has the most madden updates and Contant every year.
Will deleting the game and reinstalling make a difference or will the same bugs exist?
Same bug exist until madden actually does something. It’s hard to believe it’s lasted this long with the game being basically useless until fixed.

it has over 200 entries/24 pages of game players just bashing EA over the latest patch from the week before. The consensus is the EA is blaming Sony and Sony is blaming EA. No one from EA seems to have responded relative the crashing//freezing of the game with respect to any facet of editing hose certain players & teams that continually cause the game to crash.
Is there a phone number to contact EA sports to report the problem? I came across some chat line but at the end of telling about the problem, the chat operator wants to send me to an ‘expert’ for a $1.00 fee plus monthly subscription to try to fix the problem. I am not giving them a dime for the expert to tell me he has never heard of the problem and/or there is nothing he can do for me.
@Marlins27 Literally you're better off sticking to contacting EA online. Last year when they had a that huge game breaking bug and so many went for refunds, I tried last year to get help fixing the issue over the phone, and they kept handing me off to different people that would give the same useless advice about the issue until I gave up and went online. Then they just straight up denied my refund request online. Most them people working for EA customer service are like Marshawn Lynch up in there..."We'Re jUsT HeRe sO wE DoN'T GIt FiNeD!"... and by fined I mean fired, lol.

I deleted and reinstalled the game couple times, didnt make a difference
Nobody has heard any updates to this? Wondering how big of a fix this would need because havent heard much about it yet. Keeping my fingers crossed that actually something is being done to it. So lame.
