Logged onto madden this morning and it asked for an update. After it was done updating, the option for Franchise Mode was completely gone. Unsure whats going on with this

Can someone possibly explain why the franchise mode isn’t even displaying on my games home page right now? I was playing it fine yesterday and went to play today and it’s just not there. I don’t mean a save file is missing or anything, I mean the franchise tab literally isn’t there to even select. I already closed the game out and everything and nothing has worked. This is literally the only reason I play Madden and I can’t even do that now.

@esmyde22 Same with me. Play on PC and just went to play a game in my franchise and the Franchise is gone. It's not just my franchise file it's the entire franchise mode is gone!

Logged into the game this morning and the entire franchise tab is gone, I don’t know if server maintenance is still going on or if something is messed up

Madden 24 automatically downloaded and installed the latest update for madden 24 on 12/06/2023. After the update I opened the game and franchise mode is completely gone! Not even an option to select on the main menu of the game. On top of that when I select superstar mode all my data there is completely gone. It appears I have lost my entire franchise and superstar as well. The only mode that appears to be working after the update is MUT which I have no interest in playing.

Likewise just closed my game just to go eat and came back 30 minutes and it asked for the update and now the whole entire mode is gone!!!

@JakeMichaels128 Same here franchise mode is literally the ONLY reason I spent $70 on this game, and now my franchise mode is GONE

WHERE IS FRANCHISE MODE!? I updated my game this morning and when it was done and I logged in franchise mode was GONE. Not just my franchise but the ENTIRE MODE is gone!

I have same issue. Woke up this morning to an update. I downloaded it, and now franchise is gone along with my team I was in season 2048 with. If franchise is gone then so am I. I’ve bought the last ten editions at least. I want a refund, franchise is only option I play
