Help… can’t play madden 2024 when I’m trying to play Mut… it’s been weeks ?

Pls help me…. Every time I am trying to log online try to play my ultimate team. It keeps showing the same error saying I can’t login but I played Madden 26 even the EA college 25 I was able to login and play so somehow the madden 24 is not working please help it’s been like this for weeks. It is very frustrating.

I've had the same problem as of Sunday, 8/24.
Never was a problem before and I tried rebooting my router and Xbox one series X twice.
Open to suggestions if anyone has a solve yet.
