How to import Mut to x/s version from last gen version on same console

I dowloaded the wrong madden and have money spent and time in madden 24 ultimate team. How do get my mut team onto the X/S version from the last gen version. It’s not showing my progress.

Summarize your bug I pre-ordered Madden 24 for PS4/PS5 and all of the content I purchased on PS4 will not transfer to PS5. Please fix this.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My in-app purchases are tied to my ID.
What happens when the bug occurs? Content won't transfer
What do you expect to see? Transferred content or a refund.

I pre-ordered Madden 24 for PS4/PS5 and my PS4 Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) content will not transfer to PS5. I have made many in-app purchases and would like help with the transfer or a full refund for the MUT purchases. Thanks!
