I couldn’t wait to to see if the all mighty dashboard crash on series X has been fixed that has plagued us since 2021. Nope it’s still here and crashing and randomly as it has for the past 3 years. Completely ridiculous and inexcusable.
Absolutely unacceptable as I have been in contact with Xbox support and they said it’s a game issue…
Madden 24 crashes on Xbox series x on play now mode and online . Does anybody have any solutions ?? Microsoft was no help …
@EA_Kent @EA_Pythia Can someone from your team look into this? This issue has not been fixed since the next gen Madden versions were introduced. Maybe it's worth bringing this to Laura's attention on social media.

How are things looking after today's maintenance? Are you still running into the same crashes you were seeing before?yea, i’m still experiencing it, if it ends up working again at some point, is there gonna be a make right?
Dude I can't even get to the main menu after pressing any button. It crashes right away and sends me to my home Xbox.
So I thought Maybe a hard copy version of the game might work so I rented it from Gamefly Removed the digital version and........ Nope still crashes as soon as I try and launch any mode into the game , the Loading symbol spins once and freezes before returning me back to the Xbox dashboard .
So EA update us what the current status is and please stop giving us that copy and paste Faq of the solutions don't work!!
This is a game code issue with certain Xbox series x builds, looks to be the first year launch ones. You got 5 days until August 2023 is over , otherwise we should recieve refunds and credit us with a discount when you do get the fix for purchase, because this could become a big lawsuit if you don't begin informing us soon!
Xbox told me the same thing. EA walked me through trying 2 things and then said take it up with XBOX. This alone is making me not want to support madden anymore. We have put up with subpar games for years and now this is their “redemption”. It’s really sad
