Madden NFL 24 Trial Error - Xbox Series X|S

How does the company manage to bring back the stupid you don’t have the EA trial while I’ve had this game purchased since release now I can’t even play madden bruh

    Hey Everyone, 

    After the recent Madden NFL 24 Maintenance that is now complete

    Spoiler

    Can anyone who was running into this issue, please fully close Madden 24 (out of quick resume as well), Restart your console, and Then test if this is now resolved?

@EA_Illium how does this even happen like we need answers or a fix asap. We only 2 months in 2024 and ea selling bad this is literally the second time this has happened and yall wonder why yall ratings are low

Had the game on xbox since day 1 I literally pay for ea play every month like this shouldn’t happen to anyone. Yall about to make me switch to 2k this will never happen

    Hey everyone, 

    When you've got the chance would you mind sharing the Xbox Gamertag where you've been playing Madden? 

    Also, can you let us know the following?

    • Did you purchase the game on your account, or are you game-sharing from a different account on your Xbox?
    • If you didn't purchase Madden NFL 24 on that account, are you using EA Play or Xbox Game Pass to play?
    • If you are game sharing, does the account that purchased Madden, or that has EA Play/Game Pass, run into this issue?

      Game sharing, account that purchased madden doesn't have this issue

      I have EA play on this account & still experiencing this issue.

        Hi @hoiv904, To confirm your Xbox account or the other one (your gaming sharing from has EA Play and owns the game)?
