Madden NFL 25 — Cannot Equip Sleeves in Offline Career Mode

I haven’t been able to add sleeves or accessories like that in Madden 25 career mode off-line with a creative character. Is anyone else having the same problem? I’ve tried almost everything. Nothing fixes the issue.
