Missing 90 OVR Woolen MCS Card Reward

Date/time issue occurred 11/14/23 starting 6:30 in the MCS Harvest Livestream
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Champions
Summarize your bug Im going to keep it short and simple... I watched the recent Harvest MCS Livestream for 2.5 to 3 hours (note that y'all said the live stream would not end till 12 am on the Twitch inventory page, which is not true either), and my progress bar on multiple occasions did not track as I watched, and then finally when it hit 100%, never received the Woolen card pack. I refreshed my screen, and now it says 99%, but you guys stopped the stream at around 10. This is ridiculous, Madden. I spent about 3 hours of my time watching the stream just to feel ripped off when I didn't earn the MCS reward. Please help me.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happened on your EAMaddenNFL Twitch channel to thousands of other users...
What happens when the bug occurs? The user that has their connected account to Twitch and has watched over 2 hours of the stream does not get the rewards or cards they earned
What do you expect to see? The 90 OVR MCS Harvest Tariq Woolen CB card

    Have been waiting over 24 hours for the twitch drop rewards including the new Tariq woolen card from the MCSHarvest livestream and haven't received anything. My twitch account is linked with my EA account and i even double checked everything os linked to the right accounts

    Hi EA,

    I have not received tariq woolen from watching your live stream. I am frustrated and upset because I have been waiting over 24 hours and still nothing has came up. Underneath is a photo that is proof that I claimed it but nothing has appeared yet. If you can fix this and give me Tariq woolen that would be greatly appreciated. if you need further evidence I can reach out.  my username on PlayStation 5 is Isxmura. Please try to figure something out

    I claimed my rewards but did not receive the content my account is linked correctly any help would be appreciated

    I never received any of my MCS Harvest rewards including my Tariq Woolen Award. I was trying to be patient but it has been awhile now.

    I am STILL missing my Tariq woolen, and the other twitch drops, I watched all the MCS stuff and still have nothing. It won’t let me live chat, I’m not sure what to do

    I’m missing tokens from the harvest MCS, and yes, I have went into my Twitch account inventory under drops and rewards. 

    Does EA no longer have a text chat or help line? What are we supposed to do for customer support.
