XBox One X Madden 24Despite the fact that I pre-purchased the Deluxe, it is still the basic game that is showing.The MUT Draft (Solo Draft) is still saying "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."I have restarted the game. I have logged out and back in. The fact that the early access has so many issues in addition to those that I'm seeing is complete BS. What exactly is EA's gameplan to rectify all this and compensate those of us who pre-purchased and do not get to enjoy said purchase?

I won 3/4 games. Right after I got an error saying the servers couldn't process the request. Happened multiple times and kept kicking me out to main menu. I ended the run, which worked, then tried to claim my rewards and do a new one and I keep getting the error saying the servers couldn't process the request and it kicks me out to the main menu.

I was immediately sent to the main dashboard of madden. I selected to go back in, and get my rewards but when I got back into Mut solo draft, and clicked on the next game, I was immediately kicked back out to the dashboard. I repeated over and peer but I have never been able to get back into mut solo draft. I did go and finalize my "season" hoping it would allow for a clear reset, but I didn't get any awards and I am still unable to play mut solo draft. So I decided to try h2h, which works. Also, if I close the game app, and go back into madden 24, I will be able to play challenges. However, if I go check mut solo draft and it sends me back to the dashboard, I will not be able to play challenges. Upon clicking on challenges after being dashboarded, I am pushed throw multiple screens without my control. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to MUT solo draft, play a game, and lose connection to the ea servers and you have the issue. What happens when the bug occurs? Lose access to mut solo draft and challenges is inaccessible as well. (You only lose challenges once you get the ea server error from mut solo draft)What do you expect to see? Getting Error "servers cannot process request". Will not allow me to play a game or even collect rewards. Kicks me back to homescreen of game.

Stuck on the CLAIM REWARDS screen on Solo Draft and whenever I try to claim the rewards it boots me out of MUT with an error stating, "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. This is on PC.

I'm having the same problem on Series X.

Once again, this comes up. Will not play the final solo game and boots me out of MUT.

Any chance you guys could FIX THE GAME???

@hulksmash5164 This started happening a week ago today (roughly Saturday 4:30pm CST last week). The only way to get around the bug is to wait until Sunday morning 9:30am CST (tomorrow) and reset opponents in Solo Battles. That should make it where you can start playing Solo Battles again, albeit losing one game for the week. This was what I did last Sunday morning and I've been able to play Solo Battles every day x 4 (5 on Yesterday) until the familiar bug starting showing up again today (Saturday 3:30pm CST today).

It fixed nothing and the issue is still happening, I mean at this point I pretty much am demanding a refund the game is unplayable
