My starters are being auto benched for no reason and cannot return to game

Summarize your bug Halfway through my fantasy draft season, my starting running back CMC gets benched for my backup in the game and it wont let me put him in the game. Then towards the end of the season, my starting WR, Tyreek Hill is getting automatically benched in the game and it does not let me play him either. I tried to adjust the depth chart and it still doesnt work. I try to select specific plays for the players that are being benched and it just gives me a blank playbook when selecting Tyreek hill or CMC.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK play a fantasy franchise and see if the your starters get benched in the game for no reason.
What happens when the bug occurs? My backups play and my starters do not return to the field ever.
What do you expect to see? My starters playing in the game
Usually CMC plays the first drive until he gets subbed out once for the backup then he never enters the game again.
