Hey all,

Currently in my franchise I have quite a few players with missing player art such as Brandon Powell or Puka Nakua. When these players enter the game via substitution on play selection the game crashes. Similarly, when trying to resign or modify the players in the depth chart the game crashes.

I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I have done the following:

- Restarted the game and console 

- Fully power cycled the console

- Uninstalled and reinstalled Madden 24 Xbox One

    @XhellraiserX600 It's important to note that this is only an example the issue causes and does not show the full symptoms

      Same here. Cant do anything. Completely unplayable. They have until Thursday to fix it or I'm out for good
