Thank you for the info you've shared so far. We're hoping to determine if there's an issue with what you're seeing in the objectives not matching up with how the games are being tracked on our side.
I noticed a couple of you shared screenshots showing that you've got 9/10 wins for the second objective in the tracker. Have you had the chance to play any more games since you took the screenshots? Has that objective completed for you since then, or is it still sitting at 9/10?

This is what I'm seeing today on my PS5 for RftS Event. It looks like yesterday/this morning there was some update for a new "Win 10 Games" in the event, but I had completed this on Monday (12/18). Attached are screenshots showing I'm on my 12th game, and that I've one 11 of them (in a Row - that isn't tracked, but I only did play 11 of them) and that I haven't got my reward for it.PSNID: UncleChubby215
