Solo ChallengesSummarize your bug So i was grinding and playing ultimate team after work sense the game came out n got my team to like a 84 overall or something then one day I hopped on and I'm reset with all the starter packs n stuff ... 68 overall now How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how. Maybe on y'all's end you can see my progression and see it got reset ?What happens when the bug occurs? @TBE-Cobra-SZN are you sure that you not have played another version of m24 instead the one you had started ultimate team? for example: played xbox one version, but started with series x/s version

Hey&nbsp;@TBE-Cobra-SZN,&nbsp;Just wanted to check in and see if you were able to find your Ultimate Team progress.&nbsp;

Like satfreaktom264 mentioned above, it sounds like you've got multiple versions of Madden 24 installed. If you were previously logging into the Gen 4 (PS4, Xbox One) version of the game, your MUT progress wouldn't carry over to the Gen 5 version (PS5, Xbox Series X|S), and vice versa. You'd need to log into the same version you were originally playing on to see your progress.&nbsp;
