100% agree. They had this same issue, but far worse last year.
They do owe us missed exp, items, etc
and an apology.
I haven't played mut for years, or madden. I came back taking a break from fifa, only to discover this is a dumpster fire out of control. This is the single worst "AAA" title in years.
It flat out doesn't work on PC , the modes are breaking on every system. They have no care to correct anything other than things that affect money.
It's really pathetic how far EA has fallen, and this is like a bunch of janitors trying to keep a nuclear submarine going. It's just pathetic. I will never buy another madden game. Honestly if they gave me a refund right now I'd happily take it and delete game from system.

What's going on? mind giving us an update since so many of us are just flat out screwed, with an issue we've reported .... FOR YEARS!?!?!?!??!?!

You realize if you search this on google, you have threads that date back to madden 22 with SAME issue?

EA has REALLY told a giant group of people "we don't care"
They're waiting for entire week reset, and are giving no response to the 100's of people on forums, and giant % of people who are now unable to finish program.
This error isn't a one week thing, no it will happen again, and again, and they'll delete these threads.
