"Ghost" user in online franchise?

My online franchise has a "ghost" user that I and the other commissioners cannot remove. The user had issues with his EA Account, and has since vanished from our league. 

The problem is, he was the user for the Buccaneers, and now the team shows no user, it is completely blank. We cannot free this team up for someone else to choose. How can we open this team up to be used by another user?

    Seriously? Are we just stuck with a team our league cannot use?

    Im dealing with the same thing. You just have to advance a week or 2 and it will fix itself.

    It happens when someone unlink their ea account while in the league... it erases all of their data. Advancing the week once or twice should fix it.

    Thanks. Yeah I unlinked my account stupidly. The league has advanced one week and it hasn't fixed it yet but will see if it sorts itself out after a couple more advances.
