College Football 25 Missing Pre-Order or Deluxe content

It seems not all of the pre order items showed up once I downloaded the game. I tried backing out and re downloading

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community.

     

    Sometimes it can take a moment to see your content. You can try fully relaunching Madden 25 and playing a few matches to confirm if your items appear. 

     

    If not, you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information to take a further look.  

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

I ordered the MVP bundle and didn’t get the packs, this happening to anyone else?

      Honestly, EA and PSN need to either refund all prepurchasers of the game or supply all with points to spend in the store for compensation.  Either that or give us our $25 extra dollars we spent on the deluxe.  Im not a week behind all other competitive players as i didn't get my 4,600, dhop, honey badger, Mccaffery, drip, etc.  I have every challenge done and still behind. 

      The only thing i DID get was my college upgrades but already they are kinda of useless.
