Crashing in franchise mode

lol i hear that man, i dont have the issues you have but this game feels totally un playable to me also..i play 100% H2H and Nothing seems to work the way its supposed to, especially on defense with the sliders and certain buttons that have been in place for years are no longer there..drives me nuts
Still crashing EA! Would love to hear from you. I know you don’t care, but this game is unplayable. Fix it or I will be going higher with this. I’m done with you clowns

- Does it seem to always crash at the same spot, or is it random?
- Is it giving you a particular error message or code when it crashes?
