Crashing in franchise mode

If you're still running into crashes in Franchise, would you mind sharing a bit more details with us?
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What is your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, or EA Account ID?
- Does it seem to always crash at the same spot, or is it random?
- Is it giving you a particular error message or code when it crashes?
This info will be helpful for us to look into these crashes. Thank you!

Crashes at the same spot. Right after you play a game.(franchise mode) When the games ends and you select finish game to go back to the hub, it crashes.
Error code: CE-108255-1Did it again, keep sending the error report!🤷🏻🤷🏻

Game crashes in superstar mode also. It seems completely random. Sometimes it'll do it every game, sometimes I go a couple games without a crash. It's unplayable
