Fantasy Draft in Franchise Mode should not Inherit Draft Picks

Why oh why would you let people do a fantasy draft only to find out they have 0 first round draft picks because they started out with the Packers... but they're not the Packers.  They're a completely different team.  Why then do you not at least give the commissioner of the franchise mode the ability to set the draft picks to even or move them around across the league?  Seems like a simple thing but was overlooked.  Please for the love of god fix this in the next version or patch it in this one and add it to the new one.  Please!!!!
