game crashing at launch

every time i click on madden 25 it crashes 12 seconds later, i did everything to troubleshoot it and called microsoft and they sent me here. microsoft says it’s not a problem with connection or xbox and to contact this. i tried unplugging my xbox and restarting it and resetting. idk why it keeps crashing when i try and launch it on xbox series x. every other game works
