I preordered the CFB/Madden MVP bundle and am loving CFB however I'm still not seeing Madden 25 anywhere in my owned games or the availability to pre-download it. With the early access 2 weeks away that you are supposed to receive when you preorder the bundle I'm concerned about when Madden 25 will show up in my "owned" games.

I preorderd the ncaa and madden bundle for the xbox series x how do i download the madden every time i look at the bundle it says madden dosent have to be downloaded

Hi @crazylobos505, This may be due to Madden not being available yet, Once we reach Early Access if you have the MVP bundle you should be able to download Madden 25 from your library.

I aslo had this problem and when I go to manage my bundle it says that Madden is still just an add-on. I understand that the game isn't accessible yet but other people are able to pre-download it so im not sure why I can't.

I purchased the MVP bundle for College Football 25 and Madden 25. I have College Football 25 working just fine but Madden 25 is not showing in my owned games library. This is concerning with release about a week away it should atleast be showing as an owned game in my library with the ability to pre-download. I know this to be the case because I have several friends with it already pre-installed and ready for the early release on August 13th. So is there a fix for this issue because I have seen multiple people say they have the same problem. Also under the bundle in the store it has Madden 25 listed as an Add-on that doesn't need to be installed so that is also worrisome. Also please don't suggest just to wait until the 13th. Because if we make it there and I still have no game and no solutions I'm gonna be expecting some sort of MUT compensation cause I have spent 2 days trying to get answers for this and trying to make both EA and Microsoft aware of the issue for multiple people.

On Xbox It tells me to upgrade to the MVP bundle but that's the one I already own..... Any help?

@EA_Illium Hi, is there any chance this can be investigated before launch? Given the value of the bundle and my internet speed pre-loading is really important. It seems really mixed with some people having it in their owned games straight away and others with nothing there

Hi - This issue seems to be affecting a lot of users and I've tried to go directly thru EA Support and received no help. The game is showing as one I do not own after purchasing the bundle and we should be able to pre-load at this point. This is going to be a big issue come next Monday and really need someone to help support here.

@SecondSolutions @EA_Illium - Exactly a ton of people are talking about this on Twitter and Reddit and no one seems concerned at all. The game is just showing as an add-on and when I chatted with EA Support they said I didn't own the game. Something is going on here. Please help.
