Not receiving Midfield packs from Team Pass

I’ve earned probably 5 Midfield packs now from the Team Pass, and am still yet to get those packs in MUT. A week or so ago, I was granted 2 from customer service for the same issue, none since. This is absurd. If EA is gonna nickel and dime us for everything in the game, make sure it actually works. Would love for the packs that I earned to actually be in my account. Curious if this is an ongoing issue for anyone else.
