Pro Bowl, plus

For about the 7th consecutive year, the Pro Bowl selections at PR (punt returner) did not even play a snap during the season.

That is patently ridiculous, and has not been addressed despite being a problem for a very long time.  If you don't want kick returners as Pro Bowl selections in Franchise Mode, just remove them from the team.  But selecting players who not only did not return a kick, but didn't play a single down, is ridiculous.

In addition, there is the same Franchise Mode problem that players are missing from the statistics page when "NFL" is selected as the team option.

I have also been asking for 7+ years why Franchise Mode owners/coaches do not have the ability to select the players on return/coverage teams.

Finally, much bigger picture, finance is 90% of the game at the owner/coach level.  Much better salary management tools are needed so as to resign player early, negotiate early, manage cap hits with signing and roster bonus/guaranteed money, etc.

When it comes to gameplay, pass coverage is horrible, even at the most favorable player/CPU settings.  60 OVR WR with 87 speed are routinely leaving All-Pro CB ten yards behind.  Fix pass coverage.  

Probably already mentioned, but when in a "mug" formation, one of the ILB always lines up in the neutral zone.  On rare occasion, I can understand.  Jump, I can understand.  But on every play - particularly when I tested by disabling "offside" - then this is a bug.
