Crashing upon booting

when i boot up madden 25 the game gets me to main menu and works for about a minute or two then auto crashes/closes. i've tried repair, ive tried reinstalling, clean boot, turning off antivirus, run as administrator...everything. Before the recent update the game worked fine. ----your team suggested several cache clearing, repair, reinstall, reboot methods that did not work unfortunately. Then they told me to post here
