Games won't launch through EA app

I go to launch Madden 25 and it prepares game, launches game, loads the anti cheat splash screen until the white bar is at about 99%, then it just takes me right back to the EA app homescreen. 

I've tried: reinstalling EA app, reinstalling game (through steam and through EA app), repairing game, disabling firewall, lowered UAC controls, cleared cache, reset my entire PC to factory settings and reinstalling everything, run system file checker, checked environment variables, ran everything as admin, etc. Seeing as it gets to 99% of the anti cheat loading and then restarting, I figure it has to do with something anticheat??? I've even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the anti cheat...

I've seemingly tried everything. I'm not sure if there's anything they can do on the EA side but this is insane. I've spent all day trying to fix this thing and I've spent waaaay too much money on Ultimate Team (even though I shouldn't) to lose everything due to a ridiculous error.

    and yes, my computer and drivers are up to date. my system requirements are fine: i've played this game for months with no issues until today

    Same for me. I tried a clean install of Windows - I installed the EA App and Madden - same exact thing.

    I have a support ticket in, sounds like it’s more common since the last patch ? They said they’re working on a fix but it’s been happening to me since Saturday

    Same issue for me. I am glad I am not alone on this. Tried every fix in the book. No luck.

    Best thing we can do is bombard EA support… PC players are such a small part of the play base it seems that we may be flying under the radar

    I have thousands of hours on several of my games, and have played on the app since being forced to it from the old Origin. Now the app wont launch *any* games after an ea app update. So frustrating.
