Madden 25 Bug, tells me I have the Trial when I bought the deluxe bundle
Been playing since the game launched and now it is telling me I have a trial version. I bout the CFB/Madden deluxe bundle.

I pre-ordered Madden 25 about a month before it went live. I've been playing it just fine since the start. Well after this recent update (9.3.2024) - xbox is now only giving me a 'free trial' version.
what gives? can someone please help!

I have GamePass Ultimate which includes EA Play sub
My account owns Madden via the Madden 25/CFB 25 MVP Bundle. Paid for it 7-14-24.
No error message, just a message telling me I’m playing a trial and trying to get me to pay for it (again) screenshot of this enclosed
I’ve reset my Xbox, reset my internet, I’ve removed and put back my profile on my xbox, I’ve done a factory reset on Xbox.
I’ve enclosed a screenshot of the main menu with the message informing me I’m only playing the trial, and a screenshot of my install file which shows I bought the MVP Bundle with CFB25.

I am getting "Welcome to the Madden NFL 25 Trial" - not an error per se except i own the game and have been playing the full version.
I have had to go through the store which states I own the game. Appears to have loaded but I am concerned this will wipe after 10 hours.

- Should your account own Madden 25, or game share with another account? YES, I paid for the deluxe CFB/Madden MVP Bundle on 21MAY2024.
- Are you getting an error message? It tells me that I am using a trial version and must go to the store and purchase. I go to the store it says that I own this, I click the button that I own it and it takes me back to the game. That being said, it doesn't seem to be patched. I cannot import into a franchise, etc...
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Deleted the game with ALL data multiple times and getting the same issue.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... REVIEW the OTHER screenshots associated with this issue.
This has to be the most disappointing of Madden launches that I have experienced. As someone who is a football fan and has been playing NFL sims since Tecmo Bowl, I cannot believe the NFL allows EA to maintain the exclusive license.
It was bad enough that EA NEVER disclosed that there would be no integration or way to export draft classes from CFB and put them in Madden, as it worked 14 years ago. So EA * me into paying $150 for an MVP bundle, and then Madden NEVER WORKS????? HOW????
Unbelievable. I will be filing complaints with my financial institution, Microsoft, and the Michigan Attorney General's office. EA should not be allowed to steal from people like this.
EA should be ashamed of this launch and how it treats its loyal customers.
I'm having the same kind of issue at this moment. Said I need to sign in with the account I purchased the bundle with. Well No chit Xbox. It's the only account I have. I deleted it all and now reinstalling hopefully it fixes It if no time to get the pissed off on. Nope didn't work again

I have the Game pass. I purchased the Madden 25 standard edition when the pre-sale was going on.
I tried resetting everything, modem, etc. when i turn the game on the only options are to play with free trial or pay for it again.
Since the 9.3.24 update, I've been experiencing the game crashing every time I try to play a game in Superstar mode. Today I started experiencing this; I bought the bundle for $150 as well, months ago and today it says that I have the trial all of a sudden. *sigh*

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Madden 25.
For anyone who should have a full copy of Madden 25 and seeing a message, you are on a trail. Can you confirm if you go to the Xbox Store if Madden 25 shows as owned (for the edition you should have) or if you asked to purchase the game? (if possible, please shared a screenshot of how it looks for you)

For some reason I bought the game and now it is showing that I need to upgrade to full version.
