Madden taking forever to load in

i brought the game on the 1st of December and haven't been able to play with my friends or h2h because of a long loading time(spinning football screen).im on pc, my pc meets the min req. after i get done waited 5-10 mins i get "the connection to your peer has ben lost. i just want to play aleast with my friends.
