Neee help logging into EA server on Madden 25

I cannot link my Xbox account to the ea server to sign in, haven’t played in 5 years, when I try signing in, it pops up a QR Code on the screen, I followed instructions and resetted my password, noth...

    Hey  @BlittzBurgh85   

    Your account may have been disabled for a long time of inactivity; please try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.  

       

    In case of any further issues, contact our support team by following the these steps: 

       

    On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.   

    Select See all help topics.   

    Select the Manage my account category.   

    Select I need help logging into my EA account. 

    Those should help you get contact options.

@EA_Pulsar When I try to connect my account it already says it’s connected which is impossible and I can’t change so no wonder I never play ea games
