On another note, a lot of people aren’t saying if they’re using Steam or not. It appears more people with Steam are down VS just EA App. What is everyone using?
I’m not using steam and I’ve been dealing with this issue since Wednesday.

    Yes I have. But my issue happened after the update. I bought the pass the day it came out then on November 23 before the legends dropped at 11:30 I was kicked from the game. Tried reloading the game and then the splash screen glitch happened. After troubleshooting everything the 3 files that were causing the issue was the anti cheat. No purchase related issue. Just the anti cheat files themselves

    @Sacred_Slayerz Which comes back to purchases on the account possibly getting flagged by anti cheat. I’m not saying the update couldn’t have caused it, I’m saying since the update if a purchase was made ever on the account, it’s possibly being flagged.

    @ImBleachedPanda i think you're right. i purchased the game pass and then i couldn't get on. wasn't my first purchase either
  • yea i also purchased the 15$ pass then could not log on later that night

  • Very well could be after I purchased the $15 pass but unsure can’t remember since haven’t been able to log in in over a week

    I’m just going to say it’s sad as hell that the community had to speculate so much when we should’ve had a clear answer already! The frustration is mounting watching all these cards that’s we don’t even have the opportunity to get on our own come and go. By the time we are able to play all these cards that are worth anything are going to be outdated because we haven’t had time to get coins or do solos to get them. It’s ridiculous

    It’s so frustrating it’s taken them this long. Surely they’d see it as a loss of revenue from the player base that can’t get on whatsoever. I know I and probably plenty others was more than willing to drop a fair amount of money this weekend and they don’t seem to be bothered by it. I’m not sure if the holiday has much of a difference in this or not, I’m completely unaware as I’m from the UK. Just hope there’s a fix when they’re back in the office Monday and we can just resume as usual. I wouldn’t be too held up on waiting for makerights as a lot of you seem to be, I think we should just be happy with our game back

  • this has to be a purchase of the 15 doller set because it was my first time redeeming a ea card I usually use credit or debit and I was able to launch the game to try and put in the promo and it said I could t so obviously I could log in perfectly fine before I redeemed it then after I couldn’t and haven’t been able to access the game since I’ve redeemed the card

    thats exactly what it is. its crazy they dont understand how to fix it. i put money on to buy the last blitz offer which was the first time i spent money since the update. the next day my game is broke. probably an easy fix theyre just slow and bad developers

  • Day 13 of no access to the content I bought the day madden locked me out. This has to be considered major at this point. It's past the point of "we are investigating" 

    Fix the game or issue refunds 

  • @DC4L4711 I was denied a refund and I was only asking to refund the season pass seeing as how we can't even play. They are created a whole other issue.
  • I was as well because it's been over 24 hours. But when I opened a case 14 days ago I was told to wait and it would be fixed quickly.  At this point it's robbery. They stole money from us for content that we haven't been able to use. Because the game is broken.
