Step 2 not unlocked with platinum purchase

Had same issue as this player posted back in Jan. Would like the money or MUT back. 

Platinum Pack" locked after purchase

In the store, it showed an offer where if you buy 2 "platinum packs", then it will unlock 2 more steps allowing you to purchase more and better platinum packs. However, after purchasing the first 2 platinum packs, it never went to the next step (step 2 or 3 nowhere to be found) and it disappeared from the store. Had I known this prior to buying the first two packs, I would have never even started it. This is a scam, as I've seen other players with the same issue with no fixes. I would either like my 1,000 MUT points refunded to my account (for 2 500 MUT point platinum pack purcahses) or for you do just do as you say and unlock the rest of the steps in my store.
