Super Star Showdown Unknown Error Please Try Again Later

I was playing today in superstar showdown mainly squads and all of a sudden it gives me a "unknown error please try again later" message. It kicks me out everytime i try to go into showdown mode. Get...

Hey, folks

I wanted to pop in and see how things are going in Showdown. If you are still running into errors, please reply directly to this post; that way, it just threads everyone under one post.

I need the following:

  • Platform:
  • Which console generation do you have? 
  • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
  • Date/time issue occurred?
  • What type of issue do you have? 
  • Which mode has this happened in? For example SuperStar
  • Which part of the mode? Showdown - The league - (Which sub-mode)
  • Which Sub-Mode? Celebration - Showdown Ranked - Quest games - Play a Friend - PRactice
  • Summarize your bug: Example: When I click on SuperStar, the game crashes/dashboards - When I click X mode, I get a server error.
  • How often does the bug occur? 
  • Peripherals used for the game:
  • If you are on PS - PlayStation Crash Report: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here.

EA_Shepardim almost positive my error and maybe others have to do with the team pass rank icon. I was messing with my rank icon on my banner when the error started. i went back in and my squads rank icon is blank which should be platinum, but when i play ultimate team its there. Anyway to let the team know about this? Here is a pic.

    No_Xcuses25 I can yeah for sure. Are you able to change it on your end to another image just to see if it happens again?

      when i switch it to default it still gives me an error otherwise when i switch it back it eithers crashes the game or gives me that blank icon in the rank squads section.
