Fix Strategy Items

Strategy items in this game a broken, until the Legendary strategy items are made auctionable, and the lower level ones are made upgradeable.  

I have avoided buying the game and played it on Game Pass, and felt ripped off to have to buy a premium pass to have access to Legendary Strategy Items,  Now I understand that the Premium Field Pass this season does not have traditional strategy items, and only includes the legendary team strategy items.

Last season, I purchased the Premium Season Pass for a legendary strategy item, only to find out that all of the good ones from Season 5 were not included.  That is two seasons in a row that I feel ripped off for, buying the Premium Pass only to not have access to good strategy items.
