How do I get my On the Clock bonus in College Football 25 and Madden NFL 25?

For those of you who weren't seeing the On the Clock bonus on your account, can you log in and take another look when you've got the chance? We've heard that there was an update that might have pushed it through for those who weren't seeing it before.
