Missing EA Play rewards

I have not received any of my EA Play packs this year on M25 on Xbox Series X.  I tried contacting EA Help but the kept me on the chat for an hour and in the end did nothing to help.  I'm subbed through Xbox GP Ultimate on Xbox Series X.  Hopefully someone sees this who can resolve the issue.
