MUTmas Draft Event Wins Not Counting
Draft event wins are not tracking. I have missed out on a bunch of rewards as a result.

I have a token to play the MUTmas draft, but I cannot find the MUTmus draft. Will you please tell me how to find it? When I go to the MUT draft, it looks like I have to buy a Playstation Plus account. Do I have to have a Playstation Plus account to do the MUTmas draft?
@58dbf5bc1f9d24e8 yes, you need playstation + for online gaming in almost every game. only some f2p titles like fortnite, apex legends, cod warzone doesnt requires ps+.

- @58dbf5bc1f9d24e8 sorry, i cant confirm this as i am playing on xbox. but playstation essential should be enough for online gaming. maybe you can just try a monthly subscription.
I wish EA would figure this out. I also have another inquiry to another issue with them and it’s been 2 months and they reply that they are still working on it. I wish a law firm would look into their practices and make it a class action lawsuit for how much they overpromise and under deliver.
sucks that people put their time and hard earned money into this game and all they worry about are their profits just like making the madden documentary.

I have been playing the MUTmas Draft game mode in Madden 25 UT, and there have been many issues regarding counting my wins. This has been costing me lots of rewards. Mostly this happens on the first game I play on a new run. For example, you need 5 wins to go flawless and get the top rewards. In my most recent run I had won 5 in a row. However, y first game did not count as a win or loss. Thus, leaving me with only 4 wins at the end. I did not receive all the rewards I should have gotten and I have been working so hard for hours to complete flawless runs and bring snow to help upgrade my team. I feel demotivated because I am getting wins and they are not counting which has costed me thousands of snow, packs, stockings, and many more rewards. Is there a way we can resolve this and receive compensation or rewarded for the wins I had rightfully earned?
- @nfox61 I even reached out to EA about this around 10 days ago and never heard anything back. I had to win 8 in a row tonight, and because they keep not counting wins I’ve only won the actual undefeated prize twice. It’s soooo maddening (no pun intended).
I just won 5 games straight in the MUTmas draft and only 1 of them counted I realized right after I won now I have to pay to get back in and I don’t get my rewards I’m on ps5 so I screen recorded up to what I could and you could clearly see at least 2 wins
