Community ManagerIt's working for most everyone so we need to figure out why it's not working for you. Possibly you're between updates so let's make sure your Madden 25 is current. Highlight Madden 25 and press the Options button on your controller. Then select 'Check for update'.
Have you tried using a different PSN ID? That would help narrow this down to an account issue.
Don't pick the option for connection issues. You could try 'I need help loading my game' since you can't load into MUT.
Community ManagerI can't check that, but if you were banned, you'd receive an email and an in-game message saying so. Unfortunately, I don't know what else could be causing this. Did you make any changes to your privacy settings recently? Also, it would be good to check the IPv setting. I have seen issues with using IPv6. You'll need to google the instructions for finding that or contact your ISP. It's not displayed on PS4 like it is on Xbox.
Community ManagerI have something else for you to try. Do you have access to an older Madden game? If so, load into it and see if you get asked for a verification code. If you do, enter that and then try Madden 25 again.
You mention having this issue also with H2H. Is that happening in MUT and quickplay?

I should have mentioned that I could plat MUT in 24 version last year.
Following up from my answer on Thursday. The fact that I can no longer get into MUT in Madden 24 as big of a mystery as the Madden 25 issue. Anything tech people can narrow down for me. I still need to bring my PS5 to a friend, when the chance becomes available.
Wanted to reach back out with an update. After the Madden 24 update yesterday, I was able to get into MUT in 24 as well as MUT in 25. I had zero time to play and hopefully will have same success tonight.

Hey if setting my best lineup doesn’t work is there just no way to fix this?
Everytime I queue into a madden H2H it will load then kick me out with “Our servers cannot process your request at this time” it seems a couple of these errors appear in different ways but it’s all the same error generating a line up doesn’t fix it at all I’ve already spent around $200 on packs plus the game itself if there truly is no solution to fix this I demand a full refund.
Community ManagerTry creating a new lineup. Don't edit an existing one. Make sure a new lineup is created and use that one instead. If that doesn't help, please start a new thread so we can go through troubleshooting.
